Privacy Policy

Testimonial data. When someone submits a testimonial through a collection link, we collect the information they provide: their name, an optional role/company, a star rating, the testimonial text, and (if supplied) an avatar image URL. This content is stored so the project owner can moderate it and display approved testimonials.

Account data. If you create an account (when authentication is enabled), we process your identifier and email address through our authentication provider.

Technical data. Like most web services, we process limited technical data such as IP address and request metadata for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

• to provide, operate, and secure the service;
• to let project owners moderate and publish approved testimonials;
• to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

Approved testimonials are, by design, displayed publicly on the website where the project owner embeds the widget or iframe. Only testimonials a project owner has explicitly approved are shown; unapproved submissions remain private to the dashboard.

We share data only with the processors needed to run Nod — for example our hosting and database providers, and, for paid plans, Paddle as our Merchant of Record for payment processing. These providers handle data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

We keep testimonial and account data for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Deleted testimonials are removed from the live service when you delete them.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. There are two ways to delete testimonial data:

• Project owners can delete any testimonial directly from the dashboard, which removes it from the live widget and embed.
• Anyone who submitted a testimonial (or is named in one) can email support@talrax.com to request its deletion, and we will action the request.

The public marketing, collection, and embed pages do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Authentication, when enabled, uses only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in.
