Terms of Service

Nod lets you collect customer testimonials through a shareable link, moderate them in a dashboard, and display approved testimonials on your own website via an embeddable widget or iframe, alongside recent-activity social-proof popups.

We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

You agree not to use Nod to:

• publish testimonials that are false, fabricated, or that you are not authorized to display;
• submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or
• violate the rights or privacy of any third party.

You are responsible for the testimonials you collect and choose to publish, including obtaining any consent required from the people who provide them.

You retain all rights to the testimonials and other content you collect. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You can remove any testimonial at any time from your dashboard.

A free plan is available. When paid plans are offered, payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, and invoicing, and its terms apply to the payment transaction. Prices shown on the pricing page are illustrative until paid checkout is enabled.

The Nod name, software, and design are owned by Talrax and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talrax will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Nod at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
