Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for paid Nod plans operated by Talrax.
Free plan
Nod’s free plan is available at no cost, so there is nothing to refund. You can collect and moderate testimonials without a payment.
Merchant of Record
When paid plans are offered, all payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction and handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Paddle’s buyer terms apply alongside this policy.
Refund window
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refund requests outside this window are considered case by case and at our reasonable discretion.
How to request a refund
Email support@talrax.com from the address associated with your account and include your order or invoice reference. We will review and, where eligible, arrange the refund through Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops further charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless you qualify under the refund window above.
